Please support our friend Kris’s Bupa Great Birmingham Run 2014 in aid of Mind charity.

Dear audience, readers, friends, followers, colleagues and family…

You have supported my charity events in the past and I am thankful for all the support you have shown my work, and also towards the causes I have lent my support to.

This time, I would like you to support Kris, one of my good friends. In 3 days time (Sunday 19 October), he will be participating in the Bupa Great Birmingham Run

He is raising funds for Mind, the charity dedicated towards mental health. Kris wanted to do something to celebrate the lives of family members and friends he has lost and also ones that are still very much in his life. Isn’t that wonderful? I’ve never done a marathon in aid of charity. Mainly because I am lazy! I prefer to host events instead. I do admire Kris’ dedication though, and have already supported him, and am asking all my friends to do the same.
