Emmanuel Ray dived into Sri Lankan food when he returned from the gym and invited Raoul, who takes care of maintenance work in our building, to sample it. Raoul had already made Pasta Bolognese, but was very keen to try the Sri Lankan dishes Emmanuel’s sister brings all the way from the island itself, whenever she visits! Keerai mix, Brinjal Curry, Red & Green Chilli Sambal and Mackerel Curry. Both Raoul and Emmanuel greedily gobbled up everything in no time! By the way, Raoul is also a brilliant handyman.
